Salary/ Monthly or Weekly or hourly pay:

Sous Chef: £27500-£29500/year gross

Chef de Partie: £24.000-£26.000/year gross

Pastry Chef: £27500/year gross

Restaurant Manager: £26.000-£28.000/year gross

The tips are approximately: between £700-£800 per annum paid every 6 months

Accommodation:  available between £140-160 per month, single room. Duty meals. No accommodation for the Rest. Manager position

Experience required: People with strong fine dining background.

Other requirements: Good English required. Candidates like Sous Chef or Restaurant Manager may need to attend a trial. For the rest positions, client is happy to do telephone/skype interviews.

running routes, cycle tracks, a disc golf course and a woodland gymnasium!
The Conservatory restaurant in the main house is a light and spacious restaurant overlooking the Calcot grounds, and serves simple but very tasty food. The Gumstool Inn is our very own village-style pub adjacent to the main house, complete with open fire, our fireside grill, stone floors and a proper British pub food menu.
Name of position: 2 Commis Chefs, 3 Waiters (for the Conservatory and Village Pub)

Reporting to: Head Chef (**famous Michelin star Chef Richard Davies) /Restaurant Manager
Salary/ Monthly or Weekly or hourly pay
*Commis Chef is £16.000-17.500/year gross +tips
*Waiter £18.5-19.000/year gross +tips
*Kitchen Porter, £7,85/ gross +tips

45-55h/week. Usually after the 48h, overtime is paid.5
days/week, 2 off.
Accommodation / Cost: Live in is offered. £150 each person in a double/twin, £200 for a guaranteed single.
