• Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:
  Marketing Coordinator is responsible for all PR, Social Media and Marketing functions of the Hotel and provides administrative back up when required.
  • Supports the sales team in implementation of marketing activities as per the hotel's business plan
  • Executes activities as per the instructions of the DOSM
  • Creates marketing materials in-house or cooperates with a third party, depending on the activity, ensures compliance with brand graphic standards
  • Liaises with the media for photo shoots, editorials, advertisements
  • Liaises with influencers, bloggers
  • Monitors the hotel content on various distribution platforms, incl. hotel website, and ensures that displayed content is up to date at all times
  • Actively seeks opportunities to market the hotel and improve its image
  • Manages presence on the chosen social media channels in compliance with brand standards
  • Monitors guest feedback on various platforms
  • Evaluates marketing campaigns;
  • Executes various channel strategies and campaigns
  • Updates internal social media communication channels, such as the intranet and a monthly newsletter

  vysokoškolské I. stupňa
• Odbor:
  Marketing, mass media communication
• Požadované jazykové znalosti:
  • Anglický - expert/tlmočenie
• Požadované Počítačové znalosti:
  • Microsoft Outlook - pokročilý
  • Microsoft PowerPoint - expert
  • Microsoft Excel - pokročilý
  • Microsoft Word - pokročilý
• Požadovaná prax:
  1-2 roky
• Doplňujúce informácie o pracovných skúsenostiach:
  • Minimum of 1 years’ relevant experience in marketing position (hotel experience would be an advantage)
  • Experience and drive to interact on social media and to create content
  • Experience with executing and evaluating marketing campaigns
