  • Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:
    Senior Sales Manager is responsible to implement all sales activities and maximize business opportunities in specific area of responsibility. The role involves generating and maintaining customers of defined accounts and areas through sales activities like face to face sales calls, telephone calls or entertainment.

    • To develop and increase production of assigned portfolio
    • To focus on key accounts with potential in corporate and MICE segments to drive profitable revenues in these areas and to develope strategies for these accounts to maximize market share
    • To develop a close professional relationship with new accounts
    • To ensure all sales opportunities in the defined scope of responsibility will be closely followed and optimized
    • To monitor results to reach objectives defined by Director of Sales and Marketing, and adjust activities to ensure objectives are reached
    • To create and coordinate sales actions to boost clients leads
    • To attend national and international exhibitions together with DOSM
    • To work closely with M&E Executives to to ensure maximum conversion of requests

  • Požadované vzdelanie:
    vysokoškolské I. stupňa
  • Odbor:
    Economy, Marketing, Hospitality
  • Požadované jazykové znalosti:
    • Anglický - pokročilý
  • Požadované Počítačové znalosti:
    • Microsoft Excel - expert
    • Microsoft Word - pokročilý
    • Microsoft PowerPoint - pokročilý
    • Microsoft Outlook - pokročilý
  • Požadovaná prax:
    3-5 rokov
  • Doplňujúce informácie o pracovných skúsenostiach:
    • Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Sales Manager
    • Successfully managed his/her own account portfolio and contributed to the overall planning and objective setting process for own accounts
  • Osobnostné predpoklady a zručnosti:
    • Able to build strong relationships with existing contacts/accounts
    • Pro-active and business driven approach, prioritizes opportunities based on value
    • Revenue and PROFIT driven
    • Excellent communication and listening skills
    • Ability to work under pressure
    • A warm personality, attentive and smartly presentable

  • Ostatné požiadavky:
    • Excellent knowledge of MS Office with focus on Excel and PowerPoint
    • Knowledge of Opera or Fidelio PMS systems would be an advantage
